Returns, Refunds & Credits
Your satisfaction is our number one goal.  If you're not satisfied with the item, please let us know and we will send out a replacement or parts necessary to repair the item.

Customer must inform Hurricane Solutions of any order discrepancy within 2 days of the delivery date. Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty and the RMA Policy.

All return(s) must have the original packaging and accessories. When returning merchandise, the item must be returned to our warehouse in unused sellable condition within 30 days of receipt. 

No refunds to credit cards will be made.  A store credit will be issued for returned merchandise.

Each return MUST have a number, the "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number.  Items received without an RMA number will not be accepted.  Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box when you return your merchandise.  All returned merchandise will be inspected for reported defect(s) and replacement will be made accordingly.

The shipping fee is non-refundable. Buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.  Hurricane Solutions will not reimburse any customer return shipping cost. When returning product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item.
